According to recent news, AGP will not field its candidate in Jonai and Majuli and will support Gana Shakti candidate. Gana Shakti is a party led by Jonai MLA Bhuabn Pegu.

Most probably, this is an win-win arrangement for both AGP and Gana Shakti. So, most probably, AGP will win from Dhemaji and Dhakuakhana with support of Mising votes in both the constituency.
There has been many complaints against present Dhemaji MLA Sumitra Patir for giving 'facilities' to her relatives from Dhakuakhana while Misings from Dhemaji being ignored. This sentiment could be used well by Gana Shakti supporters.
Bharat Narah has a very formidable opponent from AGP Naba Doley. Naba Doley is one of the successful business man among Misings. With AGP ticket and Gana Shakti support, he is almost certain to win. But lot will be dependent on Dr. Ranoj Pegu too.
In Majuli, Gana Shakti might be able to win this time with AGP support. The incumbency will affect the Congress candidate.
In Jonai, with AGP support, Bhuban Pegu should win again. But Pradan Barua as well as Bodo votes from Simen Chapori will play important role.
