It is good to see TMPK ( along with AASU) is opposing dams being constructed on Subansiri. Being a proud Mising of Abonori and also sufferer of 1950 devastating flood, I was always thinking, what people are doing to this river!

There are alternatives to big dams and similar amount of electricity could be generated without building dams on river, specially rivers whose current is fast.

If TMPK may want this alternatives of to big dams ( which pose danger to human life as well as environment), I would be happy provide more information and technical papers from reputed professors from IITs.
