Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi today gave away the Sukapha Award to eminent linguist, singer, author, educator and administrator, Dr Tabu Ram Taid, during a function held on the occasion of the Asom Divas celebrations today at Sukapha Bhawan in Borborooah, some 10 km from here.
